Summer 2010: Blog Overload

We have had a very BUSY and Fun filled Summer!

Here's what we have done!

1. Callie has eaten LOTS of ice cream cones!

2. We took Callie to the City Fun Fair in West Valley last weekend. To say the least, she LOVED it. I knew I had a dare devil but I had no idea to what extent!

Then she sees the "Star Ship (aka graviton) Ride

Yes we took Callie (2 1/2 yrs old) on it! She really really liked it!

Then she saw this ride and waned to go on it with Daddy!

Yea, she rode it twice! She wanted to do it again and again but we ran out of tickets!

She just laughed and laughed on this ride! It is like the "Magic Carpet" ride!

3. My friend, Amanda and I took Callie and Logan to $2 Tuesday at Thanksgiving Point!

Such a fun day there!

Both kids loved the farm! They had so many animals there it was so worth the drive!

Callie got licked by the COW! Her whole tummy was licked! She didn't mind it at all!

4. We have been to the ZOO a couple of times!

Callie's favorite ride is the Merry Go Round! She wants to ride it daily!

5. Callie learned how to ride a bike (trike!)

6. Callie got her 1st Manicure and Pedicure for my brother Brad's Wedding!

7. Callie was a flower girl! And went to Idaho for a couple of days! She also started a FIRE in our hotel room that weekend! :)






8. We went to St. George with friends for the 4th of July

This year has been by far my favorite to watch Callie and the fireworks! She thought that they were AMAZING! Her facial expressions the whole time was so cute!

When you ask Callie "what do the fireworks do?" She says, "Ca-boom!" and her arms explode over her head while she says it! :)

9: Lots of Swimming! Callie is a little fish! She loves swimming and this summer she learned to swim in the BIG pool with just her floaties! I have a brave little girl! No fear!

10. Callie ripped her pants while jumping around in a store! It was so funny! She quite didn't know what to do with herself! :)

11. Callie went and met her Pre School Teacher last night! I cant believe she is old enough to go to school!

12. Callie knows all of her ABC's now!

13. Callie still loves to read! Her favorites are: If you re Happy and You know it, Wheels on the Bus, 5 little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed. And she has to read them to Tony and I before bedtime now!

14. Callie has Cheerleader Faces! I need to post pictures of them! She has the "O" face down and "Aahh" face down! So cute!

What a fun summer it has been!
